1. General
These Terms and Conditions are prepared in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations and international guidelines for e-commerce.

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.)
By placing an order on www.nordic-collagen.com, the customer enters into a purchase agreement that is governed by EU and Croatian legislation.
2. Availability of Information
The Seller undertakes to always provide the following information:
- Company identity
- Contact information
- Essential product characteristics
- Product availability
- Delivery conditions
- Payment methods
- Validity of offers
- Withdrawal rights
- Return and complaint procedures
3. Product Offer, Delivery Times & Order Processing
Due to the nature of online shopping, the offer may change frequently. Standard delivery time for available items is 2–5 working days within the EU.
4. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards
- PayPal
- Cash on Delivery (if available)
The customer pays the price valid at the time of order submission.
5. Prices
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
6. Purchase Procedure
Products can be added to the cart using “Add to Cart”. The customer completes the order by filling in details and clicking “Place Order”.
7. Purchase Agreement
A contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
8. Withdrawal, Returns, Complaints & Order Cancellation
Customers can withdraw within 14 days without reason. Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. Opened supplements cannot be returned.
Returns must be sent within 14 days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
9. Material Defects
Customers must report material defects by email. If confirmed, the Seller replaces or refunds the product.
10. Warranty
Products have warranty only if noted on invoice or product documentation.
11. Delivery
Delivery via DPD, GLS, or BRT. Standard delivery time: 1–5 working days. Customer must be available at the address.
12. Privacy Policy
Customer data is processed according to GDPR. Requests for data removal can be sent to info@nordic-collagen.com.
13. Testimonials & Reviews
Reviews may be published and used for marketing purposes. Offensive reviews may be removed.
14. Liability
Product images are symbolic. The Seller is not liable for transport damage or missing contents.
15. Complaints, Disputes & Governing Law

If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Split, Croatia.
16. Medical Disclaimer
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Consult a doctor before use.
17. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Seller may update these Terms. Updates take effect 8 days after publication.
