1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive your order.

2. Conditions for Returning Products
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Products must be returned within 14 days after informing us
- Opened food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (PayPal or bank account).
Promotional codes, discounts, and vouchers are not refundable.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, you must report this directly to the courier on the day of delivery.
Please keep the package in the same condition as received.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may use the 14-day withdrawal right.
